We are currently seeking volunteers for the upcoming NSW Youth Championships to be hosted by SLMASC from Saturday 30th September to the 2nd October 2017. Preparations are well underway but to host another great regatta we need your help to make it happen. Let us know if you can assist either for all 3 days or just part of 1 day.
There is a variety of ways to assist. We will need plenty of rescue and support boats so if any members have a power boat that could be used to assist on water safety & race management or as a backup would be most appreciated. We will also need a strong shore crew, on water crew and of course in the canteen.

A bit about the regatta…
The NSW Youth Championships is an annual regatta hosted by different clubs around the state. This year the event will play host to a variety of sailors with varying skill levels from the youth elite and world championship contenders to the newest of athletes to the sport looking to improve their skills and have a great time. Regattas such as this one attract sailors from all over NSW, interstate and even some international challengers. We are expecting approximately 300 entries this year.
